How do I clean and maintain my Woolly Nest dog bed?

Cleaning and maintaining your Woolly Nest dog bed is easy. Simply unzip and remove the cover. Machine wash in cold water with similar colours, hang to dry, iron at low temperature. Plump up the bed  regularly and air it outside in the sunshine to keep it fresh—wool naturally repels water, helping it stay dry and odor-free.

shipping and returns

Shipping Details

At Woolly Nest, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality for wool-filled dog beds. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process based on the delivery address and package weight. 

Orders are processed during standard business hours, and tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 5 days for manufacturing.  Our products are shipped using environmentally friendly recycled packaging. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier services.

Returns Policy

Woolly Nest is committed to ensuring every dog bed meets expectations. If an item is not satisfactory, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, email  Woolly Nest with the order number and details of the item to be returned. Once approved, instructions for sending the item back will be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Woolly Nest will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
